that was the day that was
the big D day arrived and … well, it just went. the australians and asians, followed by the europeans spent the day resetting their browsers to cycling 74’s site, finding nothing new, and then, finally, sleeping. i’m not sure what time it finally happened but, hey, i was sleeping too. i would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in cycling’s offices the day they were releasing max 5. i imagine that the stress levels there were rising by the minute…
rounded corners and bugs galore, max 5 has hit the streets and, although limping abit, seems to be picking up a head of steam that signals a big thumbs up for the cycling 74 crew.
i can’t be arsed to go into the pros and cons here - there’s plenty of that on the max forums. but i must say i’m looking forward to what the jweb object (the browser built into max 5) is going to offer us all. so, if you’re reading this using max, click here to receive my secret message.
nb you need to read the messages sent out the jweb outlet
